In 2004 MICHEL JORDI created a stir when he introduced the first watch in the world with a patented TWIST-LOCK SYSTEM which allows the watch to open like a fan. A new way to tell time! Today, amazement goes on with the launch of a titanic piece...

The TWINS came in a variety of forms in 2005 with the HERITAGE watch, offering 2 time zones and the world’s smallest manual monopusher chronograph (Height: 4.2mm). Whereas this piece was clearly targeted at watch aficionados and “frequent traveller” customers, the TWINS SQUELETTE, launched in 2006, was intended for those who loved beautiful old mechanics. With the TWINS SQUELETTE, Michel Jordi had decided to pay a tribute to the master watchmakers of the “Vallée de Joux” in providing the TWINS with a skeleton movement which had been created in 1916.

In 2007, a new TWINS is introduced to us in a more sports version. Its name: “TITAN” TWINS CHRONO. This last creation offers every aspect of a sports watch, not only with the appearance it displays, with a clever choice of materials, but also with its winner’s state of mind with 2 exceptional movements.

PARTICULAR CONSTRUCTION
The case is of a very special construction with the main body in Titanium and with applied end-lugs in 18K white or red gold.

TITANIUM is a material which name refers to mythology. TITANS, the world's gods before ZEUS, had a gigantic strength and size. This DNA was transmitted to this new piece benefiting from mythological size (47 mm diameter) and strength (selected material).

The new “TITAN” TWINS CHRONO is dressed in TITANIUM and WHITE or RED GOLD (each limited to 111 pieces). Gold recalls the exclusive and exceptional side of the piece, while TITANIUM conveys solidity and reliability. TITANIUM is as solid as steel, but presents the advantages of being twice as light, nonmagnetic and corrosion-resistant which gives this timepiece a great wearing comfort.

  

MOVEMENTS
Like any great sportsman, the “TITAN” TWINS CHRONO also offers a winner’s state of mind.

The upper watch is equipped with manufacture movement, hand-winding, cal. MJ 1948.06. It enables to tell hours, minutes and small seconds. The dial, with its circles on different levels, is the “mark” of Michel Jordi …recalling the impression of depth we find in his previous collections.

The lower watch, calibre MJ 1948.07 is equipped with a self winding chronograph movement and features:
