Westime is fanatical about after-sales service. The store
has three full-time certified watchmakers on premises with
state-of-the-art equipment for servicing watches, replacing
batteries and performing various pressure and
water-resistance tests. Hundreds of different straps and
bracelets are in stock at all time for replacements, and if
a particular strap is not available in stock, but is on a
watch in the showcases, Westime will remove that watch from
the case to give the strap to the customer and order the
replacement strap for the watch in stock -- thereby offering
customers immediate service.
Westime
customers have come to expect a degree of personalized
assistance that is rare in today’s retail trade. It is not
unusual for the staff to deliver watches to customers at
hotels, airports, homes – wherever is convenient for the
client.
The world is welcome at Westime. Most employees speak at
least two languages, to accommodate the large percentage of
international business travelers that patronize the store.
Among its owners and staff, business may be conducted in
more than 10 languages!
